Clement Boahen Kwadwo has been in the financial services sector for over 20 years with experience in financial and corporate strategy, financial management, financial analysis reporting, budgeting, banking operations and controls.

Having worked for over two decades with various financial institutions like Suma Rural Bank, Sefwiman Rural Bank, KAMCCU Corporative Credit Union, etc, he joined NAFANA RURAL BANK PLC in January, 2015 as a management member.

Prior to join Nafana Rural Bank, Clement Boahen played a role as General Manager at Nkoranman Rural Bank from September 2013 to November 2014. Clement has acted as Chief Executive Officer on several years for the Chief Executive Officer to take his annual leaves.

Clement holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) Financial Accounting Management from National Institute of Business Management- India August 2019, Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM.) University of Cape Coast -2009, HND Accounting from Sunyani Polytechnic, 2003.

He also holds some diploma certificates on the following fields: Certified Professional in Financial Strategies & Control, Professional Certificate in Procurement Management, Professional Certificate in Customer Service Management, all from Institute for Leadership & Strategic Management-Africa (ILSMA), Diploma in Customer Service, Diploma in Human Resource Management from Institute ofCommercial Management (I.C.M)-UK
Clement is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors(iia)-Ghana from January, 2022 to date.
